Photos
Original photographic images are encouraged. If an image is not original to the author the source must be clearly labeled and not protected by copyright. If so, the author is responsible for getting the appropriate permissions. In addition, please note the following:
- Photos must be of high quality and resolution.
- Whenever possible they should match the exact angles and perspectives of published renderings.
- Care should be taken when licensed plates, private addresses and other sensitive information is in a photo.
TOPICS
While most NNN development posts are current, NNN does not consider itself a “breaking news” content source. The content should be current, relevant, and of high quality. Here are some of the recommended topics for guest writers:

Once I have agreed to publish your post, I ask that you don’t publish it anywhere else online, including on your own website or blog, for at least six months. You are encouraged to reprint an excerpt from the article along with a link back to this blog.
All guest posts must be grammatically correct and free of spelling errors and as complete as possible. I reserve the right to make edits not affecting the content of the post without notifying you.
Once your post has been published, I will publicize it on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Reddit, Nextdoor, TikTok, and other social media as well as send it to my email list. It will also be publicized randomly as long as it remains on the blog. Your post will remain on the blog as long as the content remains relevant and at my discretion.
