GBT Realty announced new details for its new mixed-use tower, The Sinclair. Designed by Gresham Smith, the project is located at the intersection of West End and Elliston. The development is also adjacent to Centennial Park. The project has received Metro Council approval which fully entitles the project to advance. Check out the video below:
Additionally GBT Realty has pledged $1.25 Million towards offsite improvements. As part of this commitment will work closely with NDOT and neighbors to generate a prioritized list of offsite mobility projects, which includes (but is not limited to):
- Creating pathway along the eastern section of Centennial Park
- Improvements at surrounding intersections such as West End at 25th Ave. North and West End at Natchez Trace

The project is primarily multifamily, allowing residents easy access to neighborhood amenities like restaurants, Centennial Park, and access to transportation West End. The 27-story building will feature up to 375 units, ground floor retail & restaurant space, and below-grade parking.
GBT Realty’s development team for 2416 West End Avenue is spearheaded by Jeff Pape, Managing Director. They are targeting a Q4 of 2022 groundbreaking.
