Although Ballpark Village will be the closest to the action, it isn’t the only recent or planned development near the Ballpark. Broadstone Stockyards, a recently completed multifamily project is located across the street. There’s also office, mixed-use, permanent supportive development and condominiums recently completed and under construction. The map below shows a sample of current development activity.

Portman Residential is undertaking the development of the site and has enlisted the services of Dynamik Design for the project design. Dynamik has produced quite a number of multifamily projects in Nashville over the past 2 years; some which can be identified by cool design cues such as the exoskeletal braced frame (X-bracing). Once complete, Ballpark Village will deliver a mixed-use experience in a league of its own. Here’s the quick rundown:

Ballpark Village will feature one of the most activated segments of Greenway. The project features a gallery of retail spaces along the repositioned Greenway segment. The new path is integrated with the pedestrian plaza and will no longer be fenced off as part of the Ballpark. It will feature direct access to its retail collection; the most along any segment within a 300-feet span thus far.

Atop the Parking deck is a large fitness center, yoga studio, as well as an amenity pool deck. The development also includes a variety of outdoor experiences from along its rooftops. Level 7 includes a collection of loft units which feature private rooftop decks.
Landscape Architect Hawkins Partners has curated an outdoor experience which reflects its landscape prowess throughout Nashville. Residents at Ballpark Village can expect landscaped areas and outdoor experiences throughout the property from the ground floor to the rooftop. Pedestrians will enjoy tree-lined sidewalks and green spaces surrounding the property.
