Work is progressing on Tower 2, a new 28-story mixed-use office tower at Nashville Yards. Tower 2 is Amazon’s second office tower as part of its Center of Operational Excellence. Both Towers 1 & 2 were recently named Anne & Juno in honor of “Anne” Dallas Dudley & “Juno” Frankie Pierce. They were strong figures in the Women’s Suffrage Movement.


Designed by Gresham Smith, the 28-story tower is located at 201 Platform Way North. Platform Way sits above 10th Avenue N and has access from the Church Street viaduct. Conceptual plans indicate finishes with a natural look similar to Tower 1. Updated interior renderings have not yet been released.
On the ground floor, below Platform Way North, there is an entrance into the parking garage. There is another garage entrance on Platform Way North, in addition to the proposed lobby and retail spaces. There are two outdoor amenity spaces on the upper floors as well. Here’s the quick rundown:

Construction began on the towers in 2019 with Tower 1 opening last year. The images below show how both Amazon’s towers and the Nashville Yards development has changed the Nashville Skyline since ground breaking.
