Rutledge Hill Mixed Use is a newly proposed development located in the Rutledge Hill Sub District in Downtown Nashville. The 3-tower project is anchored by a central park & plaza above the below grade parking deck. The project is located at 500 2nd Avenue South.

The development consists of 2 residential towers at 32 and 39 stories and 1 hotel Tower at 29 stories. According to the submitted plan, Rutledge Hill Mixed use will create a combined 890 residential units and 240 Hotel Rooms. Centrum Realty & Development has been submitted a request to rezone the property from DTC to SP zoning at the 3.29-acre site. Once approved, the request will permit the mixed-use development.
